Now we know we all have bad days, but we have to keep moving no matter what is happening push yourself to move toward your goal. If you take small steps guess what even in the small steps you are not where you were before. You are not where you started. A good girlfriend of my came to my home and we sat down and talked, you know girl stuff, then the conversation I didn't want to have with her came up, her weight!!!!!!
I did notice how she packed on the pounds, she asked for my help, I told her the brutal honest truth,
"sweetie start where you are right now." I now that sounds like duh! But it is true. She told me she got to 265lbs, so start your weight lost at 265 pounds I said. And just move on for there, stop beating up on yourself, set small goals, document your progress, and reward yourself when you meet your goal. Celebrate yourself and feel good while doing the journey and as you begin to loose weight you will began to change other things in your life as well. The weight is just a piece of the puzzle of your life that show an outward manifestation that your life is off track, bur don't fret it can get back on track. Feel good and move
