Well the New Year is here and the Big question is what are you going to do????? Yeah Yeah we make all the promises of weight loss, I am going to do this and I am going to do that.. We start out strong but we fizzle out by Feburary.. So the question is what is really going on???
I am going to give you the help that you need, and the answer is this. You have not changed your mind. Your ideas of what you want has changed, ideas are just that, pieces of thought and brainstroming running loose in your mind until it is captured and placed in realistic steps for goals. But that is not saying your mind has changed, beccause you have ideas. Until you have changed your mind your life will stay the same...
When your thought changes your life will change. I am a firm believer that when you really get tired of something then and only then will you change it!!!!!!
Do yourself a favor and stop talking to yourself in the mirror, and get moving, put action behind whatever it is you want. Sometimes we over look the small victiories in our life.. We have to learn how to celebrate our life, our goals, whatever steps you are moving toward your goal celebrate it... Truly believe me you have the haters watching loathing any type of progress you are making... That is why I teach people to celebrate it all the small steps of glory and the giant leaps of faith. becuase what may seem small to some are big to others...
we have a tenedency to brag about the great things we often get in life, but what about the polite person in the check out, that gave you a discount just for asking how was their day. or your boss who is seeing your worth in the company. or how about the 4lbs of the 40lbs that you are working off to lose. Baby life is going your way if you would only just open your eyes. If you are complaining about everything going wrong in your life, and you are not doing anything about it. then life is going your way. and why won't you celebrate that? as hard as it sounds you are not doing anything about and you have the power to change it. That is what I am trying to get through to you the ball is in your court, no angel is coming down from heaven to wave his hand to make your life better. this is key what I am baout to share you will get help as you move in your destiny.....
Some people think that God is going to hand things to you, that is wrong and a spolied thought process. God will guide you when you begin to move in your dream and goal.. Just think for a moment why would you give instructions to someone that is sleep it would be useless and a waste of time to tell vital information while a person is sleeping. Becuase their mind is not alert, that person is not included in the process.
But when you are alive, alert ready, the way in which you should go will come to you. God will help you as you go, I am not saying you wont but shaky, or even sometimes unceratin. but I rather be a bit shaky doing my thing, then fearless doing nothing at all. Life is good when you stop working against yourself and accept one thing. You will never ever ever ever ever ever be able to change another person. So stop trying you will only be able to change your mind. yourself. and set yourself on a New Destiny!!!!
P.S. From the heart I want this year to be a year of blessing and sucess for you. But I can wish and pray all I want. It is up to you to make the Change, to make it happen, to want it for your life. The question remains how bad do you want it??
