this is something that we all have to face chnage! we know it has to be done, but we hate to do it. But this is the process of life, letting go of the old and embracing the new. For me personally it has been hard, but when I looked at my life and I saw that I was getting nowhere fast, and my life was headed down a broken path.
I had to change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! change what my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to reprogram my thinking and began to do some real thinking,,,
For example one of my problems was putting other people before me... that had to stop I had to get real and embrace the thought that no one should go first before me.. I had to vow that I will not put others before me...
It sounded selfish in the begining but i had to open my eyes and realize that the people in my life that were taken from me, couldn't care less how I was making it. So was I going to keep living my life on empty for the sake of others...

real love is being in love with you... If you have people in your life that are always taking from you and never giving anything . You need to get started of letting the mess out of your life go, your real friends will never be offended by the change your are making to improve your life
don't fear the process love you and let the mess go!!!!!!!!!!!!
